Fitting Notes :
Order using your regular jacket size, but please note that although our vests feature an adjustment system, if your jacket has extra body armour or padding you may need to go up in size. Conversely, if you require a very close fit, you may need to drop down a size. Also see advice below.
The TourStar and RideStar vests share the same standard body profile, with a Variable Adjustment System that allows a custom fit to be achieved.
The TriStar features an active cut which is tailored to fit closer (slimmer body profile). It also employs the Variable Adjustment System to enable a custom fit.

Product care :
Care instructions are included on the product label on the inside of the garments. As a general recommendation, our vests can be washed in mild soapy water at a cool temperatures and air dried. Specific Instructions(information) provided by the manufacturer of technical materials such as Reflexite and Scotchlite should also be followed see their websites. |

We accept payment online via PayPal or electronic bank transfer/BACS. If you wish to pay by BACS please contact us by email or phone. We also accept payment by cheque or postal order made out to Urban-Glow and posted with our printed order form

Shipping:
We currently use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded at £3.50 or Guaranteed Next Day delivery at £5.50 on all Uk mainland orders. For all other destinations we use Royal Mail International Sign For service at £8.50. |
Delivery:
We aim to despatch orders within 2 days if in stock and payment cleared . In the event of an item being out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date. |
Returns and Exchanges, No Risk :
We know it can be daunting buying a product that you haven't tried on in a shop, so buy with the confidence that you can return it to us, in original condition within 14 days for a complete refund (please tell us why you are returning it). You are however liable for return postage. Likewise if you wish to exchange size, please enclose further payment to cover that postage.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
If returning an item,please ensure that you use a trackable and signed for post method.

Guarantee:
If a defect in materials or manufacture is found in any of our products, we will repair or replace it free of charge for the lifetime of the product. This excludes normal wear and tear. This applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. The customer is responsible for all postal charges. (For repairs, any items should be laundered before sending to us). Should you need to return any item for any reason please contact us first by email or phone.
